This is what trips up most searches, so here is the short answer: it is the iPhone Duo. Everyone spent a year calling it the iPhone Fold, and Apple reportedly used Ultra internally, but neither is the retail name.
The name is the iPhone Duo, the foldable Apple unveiled on 9 September, named for its two screens after years of leaks calling it iPhone Fold or iPhone Ultra. When does the iPhone Duo go on sale in Malaysia?
It is confirmed: Pre-orders open at 8pm Malaysian time on Thursday 16 October and it goes on sale on Friday 23 October. That is about five weeks after the iPhone 18 Pro line, which goes on sale on 18 September.
So if you want a foldable, the wait is real but short, and the pre-order window opens in the evening Malaysian time rather than the middle of the night.
How much will the iPhone Duo cost in Malaysia?
As announced by Apple.

That makes the Duo comfortably the most expensive iPhone of the year in Malaysia. The entry Duo costs about what a 1TB iPhone 18 Pro Max does.

What the iPhone Duo is like: screens, titanium and Touch ID
In Apple’s own description it is a book-style foldable in grade 5 titanium with a 7.6-inch Super Retina XDR inner display and a 5.4-inch outer display, Touch ID built into the side button, IP68 dust and water resistance, spatial audio and Split View multitasking, with Apple Pencil support arriving later this year.
In plain terms it opens like a small book. There is a large screen inside when it is open and a smaller usable one on the cover when it is shut, so it works one-handed without unfolding.

What a foldable means for cases
A folding phone cannot use a normal iPhone case. A standard case is one rigid shell; the Duo is two panels joined by a moving hinge, so a regular case physically cannot fit.
A good foldable case protects each half separately, leaves the hinge free to close flat, and adds as little thickness as possible, because every millimetre is doubled when the phone shuts.
