Ordering

  • Simply email us within 24 hours. Be sure to include your order number! If you would like to change your item, phone model or colour, please also include the URL or name of the new item, phone model and colour choice. Otherwise, if it is the device type, case type, or color that you would like to adjust, please also let us know the details in email. If price difference is incurred for higher value product(s) or upgrade in shipping method is required after order placed, you will need to settle the payment request sent by Customer Service team at one go without separate instalments.

  • If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! You can also log into your account to view your order history and search for your most recent order. 

    1. Your payment could have failed during the process
    2. Your payment is captured, however it was failed on the first attempt. We will manually change the status.

    If your payment is captured, we will definitely process your order. If we need further information from you, we will be contacting you via email or mobile.

  • I’ve placed an order, but it says “On Hold” when I check its status. What’s wrong?

    1. Your shipping address has no street number or suite number, or potentially incomplete.
    2. Your custom design contains content that potentially infringes intellectual property rights or proprietary rights.

    You will always receive an email from us if the problems above happen to your order. So please be sure to check the Spams / Junk folder of the email you registered with us if you have not received such confirmation emails. We will need further information from you before we can process your order.

  • Why I can’t receive my order confirmation email?
    Kindly double check your Spams / Junk folder as the order confirmation email may fall into it. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please email us and we will investigate further.
  • How long does GALADO take to ship?
    Shipping time depends on the product you purchase and the destination location as a different product has different production time.

     

  • Will COVID-19 affect my GALADO order?
    In view of the recent situation of COVID-19, logistics transportation and global delivery services are now subject to temporary delays. Shipping time is likely to be lengthened as a special arrangement of some courier service companies and air traffic delays are to be expected. Thanks for your patience while we work hard to get your order to you!
  • How do I track my GALADO order?
    Sign in to your Account (the one that you made your order with) and click on Track Order. In some instances, carrier’s tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
  • How do I shop a GALADO product?
    You may select your preferred item and add it to the cart. Then select the shipping method and wait for it to be dispatched and shipped.
  • It has been a few months after my order was shipped and the tracking link provided has expired. I’m afraid that my GALADO parcel may have been lost. Can I get a refund?
    Please let us know within 90 days of purchase if your order is missing. We would be happy to follow up and investigate for you. Further arrangements will be facilitated. No refund for missing parcels if the initial date of such enquiry/request is beyond 90 days of purchase.
  • Does GALADO offer free shipping internationally?
    Yes, we offer free international standard shipping for orders $50 USD or above (after discount). However, we hope for your understanding that due to the recent epidemic outbreak, courier service companies have announced special working arrangements and further limited their delivery services, therefore standard shipping may not apply to some countries. Please select the location on the checkout page for shipping methods available and shipping costs accordingly.
  • Does GALADO accept bulk purchases?
    Please send us an email here with more details and we will follow up.

Promotion

  • I’ve missed a GALADO promotion campaign for a recent order I placed. Can I still enjoy the offer?
    Please let us know by email, we would wish to know the order number of yours and also the discount code / offer that you are after. We will be more than happy to evaluate what you have and honor the offer if it is deemed applicable. We apologize, but we are unable to apply the adjustments after the date of purchase to retail orders. For online orders, we are unable to apply the adjustments retrospectively 5 days after date of order, or the promotion expiration date, whichever comes earlier.

  • Can I apply 2 promo codes on the same order?
    We are afraid that only one promo code can be applied per order.

  • Can I apply 2 gift card codes on the same order?
    2 Gift card codes can be applied together on one order.

  • Can I apply gift cards and promo codes together on my order?

  • Can I share my user referral link on any promotional sites?
    As stated on our Terms and Conditions, users are strictly prohibited in uploading their referral codes to third party promotional sites, including but not limited to voucher code/discount listing sites. Referral codes can only be shared with friends and relatives or any connected entities, such as on social media platforms or through a direct messaging network. Should referral codes be found to be posted on the unauthorised channel(s), the corresponding GALADO user account(s) will be terminated without prior notice, regardless of whether the referral code is shared on the unauthorised channels intentionally or not.

    GALADO has a huge selection of phone case types and tech accessories that are durable and functional without losing originality. Its signature and most popular Impact case is engineered with a two-layer construction of ImpactPro technology that can withstand 6.6ft drop impact. 

  • Do GALADO clear phone cases turn yellow easily?
    Our new ProGuard cases protects your tech while maintaining its good looks. The material technology is optimized to prevent yellowing and keep it fresh while its low-profile protection makes it fierce.

  • How much are GALADO cases?
    GALADO’s case prices vary depending on the case types and device models. You may click on your preferred design and select your device model in the dropdown box for details.

  • Are GALADO cases worth it?
    GALADO’s products are made to order and hand-inspected from corner-to-corner to ensure high-quality products that you can count on. Phone cases made of shock-proof or drop-proof materials are usually test-certified for specific purposes. It depends on the individual’s needs when choosing the best phone case for your device.

  • Are GALADO glitter cases safe?
    GALADO’s Sparkle iPhone Cases and FloreSand Cases are certified for quality and safety. They are are made using non-toxic mineral oil and materials, inspected by professionals, have passed all safety tests.

  • Do phone cases cause overheating?
    Phone cases do not necessarily cause overheating. There may be a trapping heat when putting on the phone case but avoid opening too many applications on your device, overexposure to the sunlight and always keeping your device in a cool place can help reduce the risk of overheating.

  • What are GALADO cases made of?
    Different cases are made of different materials but mostly contain TPU, TPE and PC.

  • Which cases can I customise?

  • Are your ProGuard cases transparent or crystal clear?
    GALADO ProGuard cases feature a bumper around its perimeter made out ImpactPro technology, that allows for shock absorption. The ProGuard Case comes in different colos. All colors (except the Matte colors) are semi-transparent on the outer layer but opaque on the inner layer.

  • Can you please make sure that the background of my case is in Gold/Silver/Space Black/Deep Purple color?
    Most of our phone cases carry a transparent background (except for selected case types/full-print designs). Our background color preview solely serves to give our customers an idea of how the designs would look like on iPhones in different colors!

  • How do I get my GALADO case off?
    The easy way to remove a phone case is to first lift one side or one corner up from the bottom of the case, then gently remove the case.

  • Do PopSockets stick to GALADO cases?
    Popsockets can be used together with GALADO cases but the printing (if any) on the case may be prone to peeling off issue. The level of adhesion of the popsockets also vary when sticking to different types of phone cases.

  • Do GALADO cases work with wireless charging?
    Most GALADO cases can work with wireless charging. As the thickness of each case type varies, please check the product description or contact us for accurate information.

  • Are GALADO cases heavy?
    The weight of phone cases varies depending on the case types selected as they are made with different materials.

  • How thick are GALADO cases?

  • How do I clean my phone cases?
    TO CLEAN: use only water and soft cloth to clean. AVOID harsh chemicals and alcohol-based cleaners.

Billing

  • Click on Stripe (for Credit Card) or Razer (for Bank Transfers) upon checkout. Alternatively, you may also check out with Coinbase for any Web3 or blockchain related products

  • Yes! We accept major credit / debit cards via Stripe or PayPal and NO PayPal account is required for checkout (except for a very few specific countries). Please choose “Don’t have a PayPal account?” upon checkout.

  • We use the their platform, so even if you used your credit / debit card, you’ll receive a confirmation from the Stripe or PayPal team. Doesn’t seem right? Email us and let us know!

  • What is 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
    We’re 100% committed to making you happy. Each case is hand-checked by a member of Team GALADO before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away within 10 days upon receiving your order.
    If you’re out of the 10-day guaranteed window, no worries! We got you covered — our 6-month warranty offers one-time replacement within the said timeframe for any defects. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

  • Can I return the product for a refund if I don’t like it?
    Of course! Please contact us with your order number, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), and we will provide the return instructions in details! We only accept one-time exchange. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank. Customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

  • Limitation of Returns & Exchanges on specific products:

    1. Customized products are your unique creative expressions. Returns on customized item(s) for reasons other than GALADO error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required).
    2. Shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable.
    3. If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option. GALADO reserves the right on the final decisions.
  • What if I receive a defective item?
    We got you covered! Please contact us with a photo of the defects within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable) and we will arrange a replacement of the same product for you right away after verifying the quality issue. If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option.

  • What’s your warranty?
    We offer a 6-month limited warranty for GALADO-branded products purchased from our website, which covers one-time replacement of the same product during the warranty period. Within 6 months from the date of original purchase, if you discover a fault with your item(s), simply take pictures of the defect and contact us right away with your order number or receipt. If you’re our VIP Member, you’re entitled to a 12-month extended warranty and free, one-time replacement of the same product if any defects are found. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

    Limitations of Warranty:
    To the extent permitted by the applicable laws and regulations, GALADO product warranty policy are subject to the following conditions:

    1. GALADO product warranty does not apply to:
      -Any deterioration, scratches, discoloration or other defect in similar nature resulting from normal aging, natural wear-and-tear
      -Any damages caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications
      -Lost or stolen items
      -Screen Protector, Camera Lens Protector, Exclusive Gift Box Set and other specified items
    2. No devices (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, etc.) other than GALADO-branded products are covered by our warranty.
    3. No refund can be claimed for during the warranty period after the 10-day no-question-asked timeframe.
    4. Shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable.
    5. If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option or refunded.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING FAQ

Standard and Expedited Delivery

For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. For shipping outside Malaysia, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.

For expedited shipping, orders will be shipped using various delivery services, depending on the destination. The shipping fee may varies by destination and the size of your order. Shipping fees and the service provider will be shown upon checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!

  • How long does it take before my order gets shipped?
    We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-6 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.

    Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.
    You may on and off notice during checkout that the estimated delivery time is exceptionally long. This could be due to that some products are currently having nil inventory and restock of the goods is in progress.

    Please contact our customer service team if there is any question concerning the time to dispatch.

  • After the goods are dispatched, how long does for standard shipping to deliver the package?
    The estimated delivery time displayed on the product page includes the preparation time to dispatch and also the shipping time altogether. The delivery time will vary a lot from country to country. In short, the shipping time alone could be around,

    For MY orders:
    1-12 business days

    For non-MY orders:
    5-23 business days

    Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping as there are lot of factor affecting its speed and thus we would suggest Express Shipping if there is a date that you would like to meet. The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

  • What about the delivery time of express shipping?
    For the majority countries in the world, Express shipping will deliver the package to you within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. There are occasions that the delivery may take a bit longer. Thus, please refer to the estimation that is displayed on the tracking page of the courier service, for which the URL to that page could be found on the email that our system sends you after the package is shipped.

  • How can I check my order status?
    Sign in to your Account (the one that you made your order with) and click on “Track Order“. In some instances, carrier’s tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.

  • Will my package be delivered to my house or to the post office for me to pick it up?
    Your GALADO orders will arrive at your house. There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities / areas / countries, though this is rare.

  • When will you ship my order?
    Orders placed using our standard shipping will be processed within 3 business days.

    Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Valentine’s Day). For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

  • Why do I have to pay the standard shipping fee for my order?
    GALADO provides free shipping within Malaysia. As for international, free standard shipping is applicable only to orders with total value (after discount) $50 USD or above under normal circumstances, and a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise. Please also note that shipping fee is non-refundable.

Import Taxes & Duties

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

This website (www.galado.com.my) and the GALADO apps (together, the “Website” or “Site/App”) are owned and operated by GALADO Network, a Malaysia enterprise company (“GALADO”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

GALADO is a Malaysia enterprise company that designs and produces phone cases and electronic accessories.

Regarding our custom-made products, we use the Instagram™ API (Application Programming Interface) technology. You can create your own phone cases using Instagram™ photos. However, we are not endorsed or certified by Instagram™ or their affiliates and we do not have any business relationship with Instagram™, but we respect their products. By using the GALADO website, mobile application, content, services and products , you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of Instagram™ (the “Instagram™ Terms and Conditions”), which can be viewed at http://instagram.com/legal/terms. Do not proceed any further and do not access or use our Site/App or any of the services made available in Site/App if you do not agree to be bound by the Instagram™ Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms. These Terms and Conditions, including all policies referred to herein (these “Terms and Conditions” or the “Agreement”), apply to (a) your use of or access to the Site/App, including any content, functionality, and services offered and (b) your purchase of our products on or through the Site/App. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Site/App.

Use of the Website. The Website is provided to you for your use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you agree to be bound by (i) the Agreement (in particular, these Terms and Conditions) and (ii) the Instagram™ Terms and Conditions. Although we will normally only refuse use of the Website if these Terms and Conditions are violated, we reserve the right to refuse use of the Website to anyone for any reason at any time.

Registering a GALADO Account. To register an account (“GALADO Account”) on the Website, you must be over thirteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided on registration by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively. We reserve the right to refuse registration of any account name that violates a trademark or may mislead other users. In addition, by registering with GALADO, you agree that we can use any of the address and/or contact method you provide to us (including information submitted when you place an order) for promotional purpose related to GALADO.

Password and Security. When you register for a GALADO Account, you will be asked to create a password. In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this password confidential. You must not disclose the password or share the password with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should contact us. If the Company has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your GALADO Account.

Your GALADO Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your GALADO Account, and you are fully responsible for all actions that occur under the account and any other activities taken in connection with the account such as sharing any images on the Website. You must not describe or assign keywords in your GALADO Account in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others, and we may remove your GALADO Account if any description or keyword that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause us liability, harm or damages. We may also remove your GALADO Account if there has been no activity in the account for a period of one year.You may not use another’s GALADO Account without permission. We must be immediately informed if there is any unauthorized use of your GALADO Account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. Although we will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your GALADO Account, you may be liable for the losses of ours of others due to such unauthorized use.

Your use of the Website. You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:

  • disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or otherwise breaching any laws;
  • transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practices;
  • interfering with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Website; or
  • making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without permission of the owner.

 

You will be responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of this provision.

Your Content on the Website. You are entirely responsible for the content (the “Content”) that you submit, post and display on the Website, and any harm resulting from the submission, posting and display of the contents on the Website. These include, without limitation, posting material to the Website, posting links on the Website, commenting on the Website or otherwise making (or allowing any third party to make) material available via the Website. That is the case regardless of whether the Content constitutes data, text, files, information, images, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio files, video files, audiovisual combinations, interactive features, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links, codes, scripts, computer software or other material. The Content that you upload to the Website can be removed by our system without prior communication includes but not limited to the following reasons:

  • The proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights of any third party in the Content are infringed by the copying, downloading and use of the Content;
  • If the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of the Contents belong to your employer, you do not have either (i) received permission from your employer to post or make available the Content, including but not limited to any software, or (ii) secured from your employer a waiver as to all rights in or to the Content;
  • Any third-party licenses relating to the Content has not been fully complied with and successfully pass through to end users under any required terms and all royalties, fees and other monies owing to other persons and relating to the use of the Content must have not been fully and duly settled;
  • The Content violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
  • The Content contains the naked body or intimate parts of a real person;
  • The Content includes any bugs, viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses or other harmful or destructive content;
  • The Content is a spam, is machine- or randomly-generated, and contains unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing);
  • The Content contains any pornographic material, profanity language, threats or material which incites aggression towards individuals or entities and/or spreading violence/hatred, and does not infringe;
  • Your GALADO Account username misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company;
  • Or any other reasons that the Company finds the Content inappropriate.

 

Apart from the above, for GALADO Artist account, if the Artwork is part of the collection that is sellable on our Website, the Artwork may also be removed similarly if:

  • The Artwork that does not generate any sales in the past 6 months at all;
  • The Artwork caused confusion to users of our Website, such as but not limited to confusing designs (e.g., faux glitter effect), disregard of whether such confusion results in a high return rate of the corresponding products or not.

 

Should a user continue to upload the Content that violates the Terms and Conditions, the user account will be terminated with immediate effect without prior notice.

All Artworks uploaded with GALADO Artist accounts are subject to approval before being published for sale by the Company on the Website. The approval process usually takes 3-5 business days from the submission date of the Artwork.

Our right to use Your Content on Website. We do NOT claim ANY ownership rights in the Content that you submit, post and display on or via the Website. The Website may contain Visitors’ Contents that are offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, as well as containing technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. Your Payment / Orders on the Website. Custom-made Products. Since custom-made products from GALADO are highly customized and tailor-made for individual customers, such products cannot be returned for a full refund. If you would like to return a custom-made product for any reason, such as but not limited to mistakes in picking photos used or there is a typo in the custom words on the product, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return. The item must be in unused condition with original packaging, and be sent back to our office with shipping fee prepaid (shipping fee is non-refundable). Once the returned item is received, fifty percent (50%) of your actual purchase price for the returned product will be refunded to the original payment account or as store credits. The discount applied to the remaining item of your order, if any, may also be adjusted accordingly if the discount is calculated based on the total order value and/or item count.

You can add your own text, artworks, photos, images or be as creative as you like (“Customized Content”). By uploading the Customized Content for use on the custom-made products, you hereby represent, guarantee and declare that your content does not infringe any laws, regulations and any other third party’s intellectual property and any other rights. We reserve the rights to not proceed with any content, and cancel any order, which (a) infringes or may infringe third party trademarks, copyrights, any other intellectual property or other rights; (b) is, or is suspected to be, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, libelous, obscene or could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or regulation. You hereby agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, expenses, damages, losses and liabilities incurred or suffered by us arising from your Customized Content.

Shipping / Delivery of Your Order. The delivery type “Standard Shipping” is done via international registered articles while the type “Express Shipping” is sent via various courier services such as but not limited to FedEx, DHL Express.

The way the package is presented to the recipient will depend on the postal service provided in the designated country. Most of the time packages are delivered by postman to the address and require the recipient to sign to receive the package. However, this may not be applicable to some countries or particular areas in the country and recipients may sometimes be required to pick up the package from the postal service’s office. Please contact the national postal service of your country to check the way packages are delivered.

Since shipping is often affected by the processing time of the Customs and delivery standard in the destination country,the estimated delivery date indicated on the Web site is strictly for reference only and shall not be regarded as a commitment. GALADO does not guarantee orders to be delivered by a particular time, and shall not be liable for any direct / indirect loss caused by delivery issues. If there is a necessity to check the status of the article in the destination country with local postal service, you will need to carry out the enquiry on your own and GALADO will not be responsible for any fees (such as communications) incurred.

Orders may or may not entitle free shipping. For the free shipping offer that GALADO provides, the type of delivery to be adopted will be “Standard Shipping” unless otherwise specified. Free shipping, if offered, will be applicable only to the first shipment of the order. If the first shipment is not received and a re-shipment is required, re-shipment fee will be required in such cases. Reasons for shipment being unable to receive may include but not limited to, wrong recipient information and/or address provided during checkout (which will appear in the order confirmation email), recipient unable to pick up the package from local postal service. Exemptions of re-shipment fee may be granted for situations such as article being lost by the postal service, or the product is found to be defective when received. All shipping fees paid are non-refundable.

Availability of the Website. Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at the Website will meet your requirements. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in association with the Website may be the trademarks or other intellectual property rights of other third parties. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of our or third party’s trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos.

Copyright Infringement. As we ask others to respect our intellectual property rights, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to or from the Website violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify us. Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your GALADO account at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion if you breach any of your obligations under the Terms and Conditions. If you wish to terminate your Caestify account, you may inform us. Suspension or cancellation of your GALADO account shall not affect our and your rights and liabilities accrued before such suspension/cancellation. All provisions of the Agreement (in particular, the Terms and Conditions), which by their nature shall survive termination of the Agreement, including, without limitation, intellectual property, representations and warranties, indemnification, disclaimer of warranties, and limitations of liability.

Site Errors. In the event a product is listed on the Website at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, orders for such products will be revised to reflect the correct price or information. We reserve the right to reject any orders placed on the site.

Indemnification. GALADO’s liability. You understand that when using the Website, you will be exposed to content from internet sites or sources outside the Website, and that we are not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such content. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent or objectionable, and you agree to waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against us with respect to the aforesaid, and, to the fullest extent permitted under the applicable law, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, our contractors, licensors and licensees, and our/their respective directors, officers, members, employees and agents to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters relating to your use of the Website. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted under the applicable law, in no event will the Company, our contractors, licensors and licensees, and our/their respective directors, officers, members, employees and agents be liable with respect to any subject matter of the Agreement (in particular, the Terms and Conditions) under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, punitive losses or expenses or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid to us by you during the twelve (12) month period prior to the accrual of the cause of action. We shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control.

Advertising and Sponsorship. Part of the Website may contain advertising and sponsorship material. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Website complies with the relevant law. The Agreement, including these Terms and Conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between we and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of the Company, or by the posting on the Website of a revised version. Except to the extent the applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, the Agreement, any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. If any part of the Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any of these Terms or Conditions or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under the Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by the Agreement. We may assign our rights under the Agreement without condition. The Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.

Referral Programme. Whilst the Referral Programme allows users to share a unique referral code of his/her GALADO account to earn credits when purchases are made through the referral code, users are strictly prohibited in uploading their referral codes to third party promotional sites, including but not limited to voucher code / discount listing sites. Referral codes can only be shared to friends and relatives or any connected entities, such as on social media platform or through direct messaging network. Should referral codes be found to be posted on unauthorized channel(s), the corresponding GALADO user accounts will be terminated without prior notice and all unused credits in the GALADO user accounts shall be cancelled, disregard of whether the referral code is shared on the unauthorizied channels intentionally or not. GALADO reserves all the rights to claim damages and / or apply for other legal remedies should credits earned through unauthorized channel(s) are used for redemption of goods. Referral discounts are not applicable to the newly-launched products of the latest devices and the GALADO co-lab (e.g., DHL, Lisa Frank, Pangram Pangram®…etc).

Promotional/Discount Code. Promotional/discount codes are applicable only to items selling at original prices. Items that are already on sale, such as but not limited to, Archive Collection, Sale Collection, Collaboration Collection (e.g., Looney Tunes, Minions, DC Originals…etc), and newly launched products are not eligible for further discount. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, lowest-priced item in the order will be the item to be discounted.

Gift Card. GALADO Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • Each Gift Card can only be used in one single order. If the order total is less than the face value of the Gift Card, the value of the Gift Card in excess will not be refunded or retained.
  • If your order total exceeds the face value of the Gift Card, the remaining balances exceeding the value of your Gift Card must be paid during checkout.
  • Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been accepted by GALADO. A notification e-mail will be sent to the purchaser as confirmation of dispatch.
  • GALADO is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Similarly, Physical Gift Card that are lost either in transit or after received will not be replaced.
  • GALADO is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  • GALADO reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
  • Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
  • Gift Card cannot be used to redeem a certain kind of products, including but not limited to GALADO Gift Card and sale items.
