Malaysia is named in Apple’s first wave of more than 65 countries, so pre-orders open here on 12 September and stock lands in stores on Friday 18 September. Globally, pre-orders open on Saturday 12 September at 5am Pacific, which is 8pm Malaysian time, and the phones reach stores on Friday 18 September.

It is a split launch this year: the Pro tier comes first, and the standard iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e are reported to arrive later, around the first half of 2027. Every date here is a leak until Apple says it, and this page updates the moment that happens.

Apple Malaysia has published the prices. The iPhone 18 Pro is RM5,499 for 256GB, RM6,499 for 512GB, RM8,499 for 1TB and RM11,499 for 2TB. The iPhone 18 Pro Max is RM5,999, RM6,999, RM8,999 and RM11,999 across the same tiers. The 256GB and 512GB prices are unchanged from the iPhone 17 Pro, so the US increase did not carry over at the entry tiers, while 1TB is RM1,000 more than last year

The foldable iPhone, explained simply
Yes, a folding iPhone is part of this year. Leaks describe the iPhone Duo, the foldable Apple unveiled on 9 September, named for its two screens after years of leaks calling it iPhone Fold or iPhone Ultra. In short: IPhone Duo: titanium, 7.6-inch inner screen.
