Frequently Asked Questions
Will this case turn yellow over time?
It depends on the material and colour. GALADO’s full polycarbonate cases are non-yellowing and stay crystal clear. For TPU or TPE cases, black and coloured variants won’t show yellowing, while white or transparent TPU cases may yellow over time with prolonged UV exposure, this is normal for TPU material across all brands.
How protective is this phone case?
GALADO cases feature ProGuard Technology with shock-absorbing inner layers, providing drop protection from up to 6.6 feet (2 metres).
Are the prints waterproof and scratch-resistant?
Yes, GALADO prints are vivid, anti-scratch, waterproof, and built to last through everyday use without fading or peeling.
Does this case support wireless charging?
Yes. Wireless charging works through the case, so there is no need to remove it. This case has no built-in magnets, so MagSafe accessories will not snap onto it. If you need that, choose one of our MagSafe cases.
What is GALADO’s warranty and return policy?
