How does the custom drawing work?
Upload one clear, well lit photo of your pet and type the name you want. We hand draw the portrait and send you a digital proof. Once you approve it, we print and ship.
Does it work with MagSafe?
Yes. The case is MagSafe compatible, so magnetic chargers, wallets and grips snap straight on and wireless charging works normally.
Can you draw any pet?
Yes. Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, hamsters, turtles and reptiles all work. If your pet is visible and in focus in the photo, we can draw it.
How long does it take?
Custom drawings take 3 to 14 days before shipping because you approve the artwork first. Shipping is 1 to 3 working days after that, free anywhere in Malaysia.
Will the clear case turn yellow?
No. The clear finish is treated so it keeps its colour rather than yellowing, and the case carries a 6-month warranty.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original delivered date of the product.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
1) The product was delivered in the last 7 days
2) The product is in its original packaging
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable. Optionally, you may choose to get the refund back as account credits and spend it on your next purchase.
All refund will have RM3 processing fee incurred.
