GALADO is headquartered at 35-02-38 Golden Triangle 2, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia. Our company GALADO NETWORK (SSM: PC0012964-D) was co-founded in 2015 by Clement and Sherlyn. All our phone charms are hand-assembled in Penang.
Is GALADO a Malaysian brand?
Yes. GALADO is 100% Malaysian-owned and operated. We’re a Penang-born brand making handcrafted phone accessories in Bayan Lepas since 2015. Over 34,000+ happy customers have ordered from us since. Our phone charms are hand-assembled in Penang, and we work with 25+ local Malaysian artists through a revenue-sharing collaboration model.
When was GALADO founded?
GALADO was founded in 2015 in Bayan Lepas, Penang. We started as a small phone case brand and have grown into one of Malaysia’s leading phone accessories brands, specialising in handcrafted phone charms, premium cases, and MagSafe accessories.

Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take within Malaysia?
We ship all orders within 1-2 working days via Pos Laju or J&T. Peninsular Malaysia delivery is typically 1-3 working days; East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) is 3-5 working days. Shipping is free on all orders within Malaysia, no minimum spend.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship free to Singapore and at flat international rates worldwide. Singapore orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days. International delivery times vary by country (7-21 working days typical).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FPX (Malaysian online banking), Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and iPay88.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (typically within 1-2 working days of ordering). Track your order through the courier’s website (Pos Laju or J&T) or the order tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 10-day no-questions-asked return policy on all non-custom items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days of delivery in original condition for a full refund. Return shipping is free within Malaysia.
Do GALADO products have a warranty?
Yes. All GALADO products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product develops an issue within 6 months of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
Can I return a custom phone case?
Custom items (custom drawing cases, custom name cases, custom photo cases, Spotify code cases) are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless there’s a manufacturing defect or we made an error on the design. For customer-submitted design errors (typos, wrong photo), we cannot accept returns but may offer a discount on a corrected reorder.
Phone Charms
How do I attach a phone charm to my case?
GALADO phone charms attach via a strap card that sits between your phone and case. Thread the strap card under your case with the loop sticking out, then clip or tie your charm to the loop. Do phone charms damage your phone?
No. When attached properly via a strap card, phone charms do not damage your phone or case. The strap card distributes weight across the case edge rather than pressing against your phone directly. Read our detailed guide: Do phone charms damage your phone?
Are GALADO phone charms handmade?
Yes. All GALADO phone charms are hand-assembled in our Penang experience store. Each charm is strung on stainless steel wire (not cheap string) to ensure years of durability. Our premium charms feature handcrafted elements like GALOURA crystals, 18K gold-plated accents, glow-in-the-dark beads, and UV-reactive colour-changing crystals.
What are GALOURA crystals?
GALOURA is GALADO’s proprietary synthetic crystal line with a Mohs hardness rating of 8-8.5 — harder than standard glass crystals and comparable to top-grade synthetic gemstones. GALOURA crystals are used in our premium phone charms (RM135-195) and offer exceptional scratch resistance and brilliance.
Phone Cases
Do GALADO clear cases yellow over time?
No. GALADO clear cases use a non-yellowing polycarbonate formula specifically engineered to resist UV-induced yellowing. Unlike generic clear cases that yellow within 3-6 months, GALADO clear cases stay clear for years. Read more: Clear phone cases that don’t yellow in Malaysia.
Are GALADO cases MagSafe compatible?
Yes. GALADO offers MagSafe-compatible cases across our iPhone 12-17 range. Look for the MagSafe logo on product pages. Our MagSafe cases use N52 neodymium magnets matching Apple’s MagSafe specification for full compatibility with MagSafe chargers, wallets, and accessories.
How much drop protection do GALADO cases offer?
Our top-tier cases (ProGuard Signature, ImpactPro artist collabs) feature 3-layer ImpactPro construction rated for 6.6-foot (2m) drops — comparable to premium international brands like Casetify.
Do you sell cases for Samsung Galaxy and other phones?
Yes. We cover Samsung Galaxy S23, S24, S25, and S26 series, as well as Z Flip and Z Fold models. We also make MacBook cases for all current Air and Pro models. iPhone coverage runs from iPhone 13 to the current iPhone 17 series.
Custom Cases
What custom case options do you offer?
GALADO offers full device customisation including: custom drawing cases (hand-drawn by Malaysian artist CYMM.experience store in 7 styles — Korean, Chibi, Pop Art, Line Art, Kawaii, Doodle, Mermaid), custom photo cases, custom text/name cases, and Spotify code cases. All custom cases start at RM129.
How long does a custom drawing case take?
Custom drawing cases typically take 3-14 days depending on complexity and order volume. You’ll receive a draft artwork for approval before production starts. Once approved, the case ships within 2-3 working days.
