Q: How do I connect my wallet?
A: Due to security and on-going vulnerabilities in the space, we are totally aware the safety of your digital collectibles therefore we do not require you to connect your wallet as we already have the rightful ownership verification based on etherscan data.
Q: I do not own the NFT can I still order and purchase the case?
A: Yes but we would recommend you to get the consent from the owner to avoid any intellectual property issues. We will still make the case with the original owner based on etherscan.
Q: What happen if I ordered the case and then sold the NFT?
A: Printed data will still be the old data, however the QR & OneTap verifications will show the new owner’s detail. Your details as the past owners will also be in the token’s transaction history.

We provide FREE SHIPPING to all our customers without minimum purchase required because our goal is to satisfy and make our customers happy. You are allow to combine your shipping in any of the items. Kindly contact us to change the shipping details or combine orders into one after you placed your order.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original delivered date of the product.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
1) The product was delivered in the last 7 days
2) The product is in its original packaging
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable. Optionally, you may choose to get the refund back as account credits and spend it on your next purchase.
All refund will have RM3 processing fee incurred.
Damaged items:
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items:
Even if you purchase any of our sale items, it is still eligible for a refund.
